Philip Moses, MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in providing commercial and residential property valuations, conditions surveys, and dispute resolution.

Mr Moses has specialist expertise in Residential and Commercial Property Valuations including development appraisals and many buisness valuations. He also provides valuation for acquisition, tax, charities, rent reviews and lease renewal purposes.

Since moving to Bournemouth in 1985, he has carried out valuations and condition surveys across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, at times travelling further afield.
