George is a Director of the Forensic Services team and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
George has over a decade of experience in assisting clients, solicitors, and Counsel. His experience includes commercial damage calculations, company valuations, post-acquisition disputes, divorce, and criminal matters.
Main areas of specialisation includes:
· Matrimonial Finance – reports on valuation, liquidity & income levels as Single Joint Expert and Shadow Expert
· Commercial Litigation, including breach of contract, including share purchase disputes and loss of profits
· Shareholder Disputes, including unfair prejudice claims and share valuations
· Warranty Claims & Completion Accounts Disputes
· Consequential Loss & Business Interruption Claims
· Personal Injury – claimant and defendant work undertaken
