QE2 Coin - a really socially useful stablecoin - a proposal from Dr Stephen Castell for the UK Government to issue the QE2 coin to help fund the building of more social homes in the UK. This will potentially assist the British economy to embrace digital currencies without the speculation and volatility characteristics that many cryptocurrencies have. Could this be the UK’s first government-sponsored Initial Coin Offering (ICO)?
