Cornerstone Research Announces Kristin Leary as Chief Talent Officer

Boston—Cornerstone Research, a leading provider of economic and financial consulting and expert testimony, is pleased to announce that Kristin Leary has joined the firm as chief talent officer. Ms. Leary will be based in the firm’s Boston office.
 
Ms. Leary brings more than 25 years of experience in the talent management and learning and development fields. She has also led diversity and inclusion initiatives in multiple organizations.
 
“With her extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, Kristin will expand our ability to attract and retain best-in-class professionals to support our clients,” Cornerstone Research Chief Operating Officer Gregory L. Negus said. “Her strong learning and development background will also enable us to build on our commitment to ongoing employee training and growth.”

Most recently, Ms. Leary served as the chief talent and equity officer at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. Previously, she held roles as director of the corporate practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, and as global manager of professional development at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she oversaw eight practice areas.

Ms. Leary earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her master’s in organizational psychology, with a specialization in change leadership, from Columbia University, where she also completed an executive coaching certification.
